  • The data will be processed by the Director of the organisational structure, his/her appointed colleagues who have been duly instructed or companies expressly appointed as data processors. These parties ensure levels of experience, expertise and reliability that guarantee compliance with the current provisions on data processing, including data security.

  • The data will be kept for a period not exceeding what has been established by the regulatory basis for the processing and in compliance with the rules on the conservation of administrative documentation. For this purpose the strict relevance, limited and indispensable nature of the data processed will be verified, even with periodic checks.

  • The data processed are subject to the regulation regarding right of access, with the methods and limits established in applicable laws.

3. Rights of the data subject

Interested parties have the right to request access to their personal data or that it be amended or cancelled, to Municipality of Bologna as well as to apply for limitations on processing or reject the latter (art. 15 et seq. of Regulation EU 2016/679). Such requests are to be be presented by filling in the specific online form.
Interested parties also have the right, if the pre-requisites exist, to complain to the guarantor, as the supervisory body, for personal data protection and the right to appeal to the judicial authorities.
